Two months with no Communication on delivery of an Order

Good day,

I placed an order with PC Link Computers on the 2nd December 2020 where a delivery of 15-20 days was promised with a warning it may be a little longer due to it being the festive period prior to us placing the order. This was communicated in the original email as the only delay that we may experience, it was nowhere mentioned that they would be closing for the festive period. When we enquired around day 20 we were informed that they are closed for the festive season and would only reopen and follow up on orders on the 6th January 2021. Apart from the long delays between responses, the only feedback provided was about constant delays with no tracking information. We are now almost 2 months post placing the order with no indication as to when we will receive the items, numerous unanswered emails and constant promises that they will provide feedback.
