Think twice about buying from PC Link Computers

I placed an order in February, made several enquiries with one response after 20 day waiting period was over, saying it's an overseas product and will arrive within the next two weeks. To date nothing has been received. I asked for a refund several times and have not received any feedback. Don't know what to do!
