Thievery

Bought 2 Red-Dragon components from PC Link Computers. #1 The ERIS. #2 K585 keyboard. Turns out these 2 arent't compatible on XBox. And it is nowhere stated to be incompatible. I even got Red dragon SA involved who couldnt believe it and tested it themselves. Red dragon responded that they are stunned but confirmed these 2 cannot work together. So I wanted to return them for a refund. PC link only offered a refund for the 2 parts. I had to foot the bill for shipping to me AND BACK! *******! PC link or Red Dragon themselves should have footed the bill!
