They send me only half of the order and don't give customer service

I paid for an online order in November. A month later only 1 out of the 2 items arrived. The take more than a week to respond to my emails and every time they just say we will be in contact. It is very simple, just send me the product I paid for. That is it. Very poor service. Will never buy anything from them again.
