They have ******* me
Horrible costumer service. I've ordered a Samsung HT-J5500 home theater. There was no description on their website, so I thought this was with the wireless surround speakers, but they've sent me the HT-J5500K, which is with wires. They refused to take it back. They've clearly ******* me with the item, however, the delivery was quick, just with the wrong order.

It is not stated on the product description that the unit is wireless. As per return policy you have 7 days to return a sealed unit. It clearly states on the box it is not a wireless unit, one should always check the product code and description to make sure it is the item you require before opening the box. We did send you the item you ordered on you online order. We do not sell open units to other clients all items are brand new and sealed. If unit was sealed we would have arranged an immediate credit on the item.
