They don't deliver

I placed my order in January and to this date, no straight response from them on the order over R4000. I have sent an email requesting a refund and yet again no response. I need to escalate this matter. Consumers please be careful in my experience they do not deliver and don't even border on updating theirs customers on the status of their order
