Their customer service is appalling

I've placed my order (14538) on the 9th of November 2020. They said it would be 10-20 working days, today marks 147 working days. I've tried to get a refund, but I'm not getting a response apart for them asking for my order number, and them continuing to do nothing. Their customer service is appalling.
