The worst online shopping experience possible.

I placed an order on the 1st July and was promised delivery between 10 and 20 working days. When 20 working days was up, I asked when I could expect delivery and was told the 3rd week of August which was more than 7 weeks after I placed and paid for the order. I was told the stock would be processed as soon as possible. I am now told that the item was not in the consignment that was received. My emails for a refund or product delivery are now being ignored.
