The low prices are not worth the stress

I ordered a couple of products from pc link last year but I used the wrong reference by mistake. Long story short it took me 2 to 3 weeks to get it rectified as they only reply to your email after 4 to 5 working days which is terrible. Once it was sorted out the website tracking was never updated and the product just arrived with me stressing whether the issue was resolved.

I wouldn't say they ******** but they do not let you know what's going on. They really need to get more staff helping with queries.
