The absolute worst online shopping site! If I could give 0stars I would!

Ordered an item 7th of August. Was promised delivery 15-20 days. After 17 days without any communications regarding shipping, as was promised, I had to write several emails (as their telephone line is disconnected) before receiving a response. Item would not be delivered due to supplier issues, so I was informed I would get a refund. Now almost 2 weeks later and three more unresponded emails, I am still waiting for my refund.
