I also thought the worst when I didn't receive a courier tracking link with my initial order. However my order to cape town was delivered within the specified 4 working day time frame. When I expressed my concern about not receiving the tracking link they also answered immediately and provided a link to track my order already on route with fastway couriers. I m not sure why all the bad reviews on here but from my own experience can confirm they are just a smaller company with every intention to honour your order. Phone the PayFast call centre which will also confirm that they are competent/active merchant
