TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND PROMISES BROKEN!!!!

I bought a Laptop from them, with Extra Ram, the laptop I received, though it had a DOA, I had to send it to HP for repairs. The 16GB Ram Chip that were suppose to come with, still hasn't arrived. Mark told me that they will refund me.... Still waiting for the refund. There is no telephone number to contact them, though I've requested numerous times!!! My emails just do not get answered. This seems to be a regular occurrence if I read the posts. What do one have to do to get either the ram ordered or the Refund as promised from them?
