Terrible Support - No Refund on Returned goods.

Bought a hard drive. Wrong one was provided. Returned and and was told refund would be process in a couple of days. Its been 2 weeks. Support is pathetic. They don't respond to email timeously and purposefully have no phone number to call. Better stick to takealot.
