TERRIBLE & SHOCKING

Absolutely shocking! No customer service to speak off and phone lines disconnected, therefore you send emails with no reply for days on end.... I've been waiting for a critical order with no ETA's in sight... 4 weeks and counting :-( Nobody replies, I would definitely not recommend this company to anybody. Not even sure if they would respond re refunds at this point... Not worth a single star in my opinion...
