Terrible service with no sight of order

I've ordered online on the 29 Oct 2018, it is now 10 Jan 2019 and my order still haven't arrived.

I've emailed multiple times but no one is getting back to me. I've phoned various times with a promise to get back to me, but still nothing. Last conversation promised for my order (that's been paid for) to be delivered within 24 - 48 hours - this was 4 days ago.

The service is terrible, the product was expensive and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered after 2 and a half months.
