Terrible Service. Pc Link Computers should not be in the online retail business.

I've ordered an AC Adapter from Pc Link Computers. After placing and paying for the order, I received an email that I should contact them within 20 working days if the order has not been fulfilled, after which they will notify me when I can expect it. This was not communicated when I placed the order. If it was communicated from the beginning, I wouldn't have placed the order and would have rather bought it from another retailer.

Now, a month later, I haven't heard from them. Calling their "Hotline" I got a message that their telephone lines have been disconnected "due to high call volumes" and I can only send an email.

Pc Link Computers, should not be in the online retail business if they are not able to provide any after-sales support or have systems in place to keep their clients up to date with orders.
