Terrible service from PC Link Computers-Never again

Ordered and paid for a soundbar via the online shop pclinkshop.co.za on Tuesday 25th Jan, Delivery is promised of one or 2 days. After payment there is no communication what-so-ever on the status of the order, Manually followed up with "Mark" at *** on the 26th Jan who advised order was now in process, followed up again on the 31 January, reply "delivery on Tuesdays or Wednesday". Obviously no delivery happened on either day, Followed up again 2nd Jan..........no response There is absolutely no feedback or update from the ordering system. "sales" when contacted via e-mail are just as hopeless. Have even offered to go and fetch the order myself.....surprise ......no response. There is no telephone number to contact this business so its a nightmare to deal with
