Terrible service and order cancellation

I ordered a product and canceled the order on 20 December 2021 as no shipping/delivery info provided a few days after the order was made. PcLink sent me an email to confirm cancellation of the order. Subsequently no information has been received on return of the money deducted from my credit card. My follow up emails have responses apologising for the inconvenience however, nothing further regarding process, timelines or anything. The phone number listed does not work and most importantly my just over R3000 has NOT been returned over a month later. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service. @PcLink - return my money please😡
