Terrible Service

Absolutely POOR service. I've been waiting for an order for almost 2 weeks now. They are only available on e-mail, do not have a land line number. Either don't get back to you on mail or give an unclear answer. Delivery time lines are ABSURD! I will NOT purchase from them again. VERY UNHAPPY with the service delivery!
