TERRIBLE SERVICE !
Placed an order with them 16th September, website says ETA to Sa shipping address 10-20 working days for order.....still have not received the goods! I have to constantly follow up on the delivery. NO confirmed dates are give, they cannot be reached by tel due to covid, their response time to email queries is shockingly slow. Pathetic service

21 Jan 2021, 08:58Just an update regarding my issue with the supplier. I never received a response from them, nor my goods, that I was assured were on their way to me, which eventually led me to opening a case with the CGSO, within 2weeks I had my refund.
