TERRIBLE SERVICE

18/02/22 Ordered online , payment taken immediately . When following up on progress , only can contact company through e-mail , receive computer generated response with NO follow up ! Several emails later .... all copies on file . 06/04/22 when checking progress notice my order has been cancelled !!! No email informing me , as to why . I sent a email again to be told I will be contacted to for a refund .........., still waiting for any form of Contact .
