Terrible service!!! 6 MONTHS and still no product or refund!!!

PC LINK SHOP - I placed an order last year for a infrared lamp for muscle pains. I have purchased form PC Link before and I had experience that they were slow to come back, but previously they always did and eventually did deliver the goods. This time round, it has been 6 months. Multiple e-mails, multiple issues about suppliers and eventually I was told that they will refund me. To this day, nothing. No refund and the same sporadic 1 response out of a myriad of emails that you send them. The telephone was cut off and a voice message tells you that they are only available on e-mail. What do you do now?
