Terrible service

Worst service i have ever had. I ordered an ssd, enclosure, and other sundries totalling 2000 odd rand on the 24th of december, being told that i must be patient, they are busy as they were off during december. On the 17th of December i had grown tired of waiting for my package so i decided to cancel my order, order was cancelled and i was told that a refund request was being processed. To date i have not heard anything more. It is also extremely frustrating that you cannot speak to a human being by any other means other than mail. I WANT MY REFUND @pclinkshop.co.za
