Terrible experience purchasing items
The lack of communication is absurd. This is not how one conducts a business. After being told good things with regards to PC Link Computers from colleagues. Things are just going downhill for me.
On the 9th of December 2019, I've placed an order (#108479) and immediately paid through PayFast. My order has been sitting with a status of "processing" for the past week. Payment should have reflected immediately and the order should have been processed. My Items should have been delivered within 2-4 days. I have received no information whatsoever with regards to my order.
I've been trying to contact them through email but all of my emails are being ignored. I'm not even going to try to phone them as waiting times are ridiculous and people are being cut off. This is so unprofessional and very dissatisfying.
The lack of communication has left a fowl taste in my mouth, I don't see myself or any of my colleagues purchasing from this company again. Heck, I don't even see myself receiving the items which I have purchased anytime soon.

This is extremely dissatisfying. A business cannot be allowed to operate like this.
On top of all of this, they're now closed for the December holidays.
- The Rapoo 9060M keyboard and mouse combo which I bought was not included. Where is my mouse and keyboard that I have ordered?
- I received the incorrect Cooler Master CK550 keyboard. I ordered the one with Gateron brown switches. Instead, I received Gateron blues.
This is extremely dissatisfying. A business cannot be allowed to operate like this.
