TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an order on 13 September with delivery promised within 20 days. Until now no delivery and no response to emailed enquiries. Telephone lines are seemingly not functional.

Kindly note that the ETA for imported orders are 15-25 working days with a maximum of 45 working days.
However, we have cancelled the order and a refund was processed via PayFast.
They will refund back into the account that the payment was made from,
Depending on the account that you made the payment fro, the refund can take up to 10 working days to reflect.
PayFast will also send you an email confirming the above.
