Terrible Customer Service
The first step to a successful relationship is ... communication. This holds water with the day-to-day operation of a business.
There is no communication nor update on my placed order. The phone lines are too busy (I was placed on-hold for 30 minutes only to have the phone line dropped upon reaching the front of the queue).
I have paid for my product and I have opted for self collection. How long could processing of my order take? Please communicate with your clients. If the product is unavailable you need to offer a refund or other alternatives.
