Terrible after service

Worst Online shopping experience, My husband and I purchased a product from them for our TV, when it arrived we realized we have ordered the wrong piece, we got in touch immediately to ask to return and replace with another product. They took so long to even respond to that request that by the time they came back to us we had decided to no longer purchase from them and wanted a refund to rather shop with someone that wants the business. It has now been returned (on our expense may I add) and still nobody will respond on our refund, very sad. This is the simple part of the system, Return and refund, does not need a brain scientist.... I understand Covid is among us however everyone else online is trading with accessible customer service should it be email fine but they at least respond online!!!! PC link online....
