Surprisingly Painless

I have to admit that I was apprehensive to use this company for the first time so I did micro-manage a bit. I was a little uneasy when I didn't get their responses at the agreed time, but in their defense, there was a general power outage in the area. I ordered a LapTop, a Bag and a Mouse combination for delivery next working day since it was urgent. Everything but the bag was delivered and they happily refunded me for this without any hassle. I think I'll use them again.
