Surprisingly Good Service

I bought a PC from PC Link, but with great misgivings after reading the reviews here. The price was reasonable and email interactions with Jaco Venter were excellent. My purchase arrived in four days and that is quite reasonable as well. A rating of 4/5 is simply out of agreement with: currently not being able to speak on the phone poses some problems, that the parcel tracking system is not exactly top tier and that the courier, RTT, should not just drop in unexpectedly without at least a SMS warning .
