Sub Standard Service and Communication from PC Link Computers

I bought bought an Audio Technica AT2035 pack advertised for R3370 which I paid on 2 June 2021. After numerous emails to support and complaints, the pack arrived on 6 August, only it is not what I ordered, it is a cheaper version AT2005USB priced at around R1670 if you order from Amazon and that includes the import fees and courier costs. I have sent another round of emails (3) to their support section with no response. The communication is sub standard. I am writing this email to share my experience and to inform shoppers to find an alternative.
