Still waiting for my refund.

I ordered an ASUS gaming laptop from PC Link Computers on Black Friday, turns out they sent the incorrect product. They requested that I send it back so they can send a replacement which they didn't have. I decided to give it a try anyway, but wasn't able to get the Nvidia graphics card to work. I sent the laptop back on the 11th of December and was told I'd be refunded. I tried contacting them telephonically and via email up until the 17th of Dec, with no luck. I'm still waiting for my refund. Highly do not recommend.
