Still waiting for my product!

I ordere a USB C Adapter on 15 January 2022. Online it said it would be delivered in 1 - 2 business days. I mailed them on the 19th Jan., when I had still not received word, just checking when I could expect my item to arrive. A day later I received a reply from Garth Botha, stating that the order was placed with their warehouse and that they would advise on status of delivery.

On 24 January, still without word on my item I emailed Garth, asking for an update on the order, that was now more than a week late. He rep****, stating they were awaiting delivery on the item from the warehouse and that an email notification will be sent once the order is ready for "collection".

It has now been almost 2 weeks now, since I ordered my product and paid for delivery and the item. There is no way of calling anyone, as the phone number on the website says you must email them. The online order date and timeline is extremely misleading, as it was almost 2 weeks now and it said 1 - 2 business days for delivery. I emailed them again this morning, but with no response so far... I have asked for a refund, or that someone could call me or send it through to me tomorrow, as this order was quite urgent.

Don't order from these guys - you probably won't get what you bought...
