Still waiting for a refund or reply

We ordered from them two months ago. They were unable to get the stock we wanted and Garth Botha on the 27 Aug @ 08:40 "kindly note I will follow up with accounts and revert regarding your refund. My apologies for the delay. Thank you" Since then he has been ignoring all emails from that specific email address. I sent another one today and got the EXACT same response. I did let him know that I was giving him until 15:00 to get back to me before placing my complaint on here. Their service in the past WAS fantastic, I don't know if it's new management or if they are working from home that nobody seems to care that their "brand name" is going downhill FAST... There is also no number to contact them on directly which is a shame
