Still waiting for a refund!

I highly recommend you not purchase anything from this company, I purchased an SD-Card from them on 3 September 2020. I contacted Jaco Venter because their telephones are switched off due to the Corona Virus. They took 6 working days to deliver something in Johannesburg, they are situated in Roodepoort. After receiving the SD-Card I tested it and it was faulty. I contacted Jaco immediately to arrange a collection and it was uplifted the same day. I requested a refund. After 44 emails to Jaco, I still haven't received my refund! I've asked Jaco for a managers contact details and his not willing to give me that information.

It's a month later, I'm out of pocket and I have no one to contact at PC link to get the problem resolved.
