Still no refund
I ordered and paid in full on 23 Aug 2021 for party supplies needed for Oct 2021 Order #24044. My order was cancelled on 15 Sept due to out of stock items and delayed arrival date. The refund was supposed to take 10 – 14 working days to refund. I am still waiting and although they have rep**** to say the refund is busy being processed i am very concerned about the legitimacy of this vendor. Is there anything one can do? is it possible to report them to the Ombudsman or my bank about possible vendor and transaction being ********** and instruct them to do a chargeback on my credit card?
