Stay as far away from this "company" as possible

I placed an order for a chess board on 13 September 2020. The R5946 was debited from my account at the time of order. I did not receive any emails regarding it, no contact from the company whatsoever.

On 24th October 2020 I emailed their address on the website asking what was happening with the order and received absolutely no response at all.

I left it a bit longer until now 18 Jan 2021, more than enough time to fulfill the order. I realize now that this company is ********** and a ****. I have emailed them today again informing them of the steps I am taking going forward to try and get my money refunded.

I will be going the legal and debt collector route and hopefully there is some joy with that.

It may be tempting because of the products they offer, but steer clear of this place guys.
