You have made my life miserable over a stupid electric shaver I ordered in January.

It's not a nuclear power station plant part.

I have given you unlimited patience to see this order through. Before and after lock-down.

Why are others getting their orders fulfilled? why aren't you following up with your suppliers for me? why are you promising me delivery dates that don't exist? why am I still being pushed back to your 800 email waiting list?

1) I cannot call you. 2) You delete my facebook comments. 3)Emails are answered when you have time.

I'm not earning a salary. So forgive me for trying to be honest with you.

Roles reversed: If I had received one of your products and had not made payment nearly 5 months later, how would you feel? you would have lawyers on me by now.

I expect this to be resolved by the end of the week.
