So frustrated

Ordered a n item on 13 October. which was supposed to take 20 days. Its now end Jan and still no sign of my purchase. One can't phone and they very rarely answer emails. If they do, its empty promises. So frustrated. Don't know what else to do than to vent on hellopeter and warn others not to use them.
