As an online company in a big pond, they don't understand that returns are part of the game, especially as customers cannot in many instances find a test product to see in person, before purchse. Their support person Dehan is really disrespectful and clearly is not senior enough to hold all feedback hostage. Even when asked to refer to complaints. He is, ""the Complaints"". So sad that people treat each other like this in South Africa. Stay away at all costs from this company, we should support better companies who consider South Africans not as liabilities, but as supporters to a greater purpose.</div>
