Skin Obsession Product

I purchased a skin obsession product on the 28th of Feb and I was told to allow 10 working days,I did followed up after day 21 working day and my product was still not delivered I asked for the order to be cancelled and for a refund the gentleman said he would process it and it wasn’t processed, called in again just before lockdown spoke to another gentleman told him about my frustration and that I needed a refund so I can purchase the product from wantitall and he also promised to refund me, it’s now the 3rd month since I paid R975.00 into their account, no product of refund to me.Worst service by far!!
