Shocking service. Pathetic communication.

I placed my order and followed the instructions on the invoice using the order number as reference. I emailed 3 days later (because their phones don't work), after which I was informed to email proof of payment to sales. If this info was on the quote or invoice I would have done that from the start. I sent the proof to sales and received no acknowledgement whatsoever. The status of my online order has not changed and I cannot get hold of anybody to discuss the matter with. Absolutely pathetic service. I would love to cancel my order but it seems impossible to get hold of anybody.
