Shocking service from PC Link Computers!

I ordered batteries and battery charger from PC Link on the 2nd of December 2020 as n Christmas gift for someone! I am still waiting for this and can not contact PC Link, they dont awnser their phones and urge people that they will only be reachable on email. Dehan Williams mailed me on the 18th Februarie 2021 and told me they waiting for customs to release the batteries! Why cant they just refund my R2200 that I paid forthe batteries? I bought other batteries from Makro for R499 a week ago because the person wants to use the camera and the old battery was dead. Please Dehan Williams just refund my money and then you can wait for another 4 months for the batteries Im certian someone else will buy this from you! I will never ever buy or reccommend PC Link Computers! If I could just tontact them but it is impossible!
