Shocking service delivery!!!

I have ordered several items from PC Link computers and I really wonder how are they still in business , because I'm pretty sure it can be managed MUCH BETTER!!! I ordered goods on 27 Jan and at the time of this review 14 March i have not received it as yet!! I have logged a ticket on their contact mail and website , only to get a response that they can't help me with local orders?? What does that even mean to the end user?? Furthermore , they advised me to log a call to the exact mail address i originally logged it to?!?! There is no number where you can call and get assistance , it is like they just could not care!! Please think twice before you place an order , because orders usually takes forever!!
