Shocking service

I ordered a carpet shampooer on 24 July and was told delivery would be in 20 days. I queried this on 2 September and was told delivery in 3 weeks. On 1 October I requested a refund as the product had not arrived. On this day I was told the money would be refunded within 14 days. Still nothing. You cannot go to their address of business and you cannot contact them by phone. My only recourse now is legal action. So sad to have companies like this around.
