Shocking service and still waiting for refund

I ordered a microphone on the 15th June 2020. As per their website I patiently waited 20 working days. On day 20 when I followed up as I had heard nothing, I was told that the supplier could not give an ETA and they would be cancelling my order. I received an email 2 days later supposedly confirming that a refund had been processed. When I followed up again a week later, I was told Payfast takes up to 10 working days from the time a refund is processed. It is now 10 days. I emailed again this morning to find out what is happening. Still no response. I have laid out a lot of money and this does not sit well with me at all. Poor communication, poor service and still no refund.
