Shocking Service!

Still waiting for my order to be delivered Pathetic that you cannot get hold of them telephonically They only take emails but never reply or take days and days to reply I placed an order over R1000 rand and this is my being left in the dark having to constantly wait to hear when I am going to receive my order!? Order placed and paid 25.05.2021

A little feedback on when I can expect to receive my order would be nice!!!!!!!!

Quick to take customers money but far on the other side of the spectrum to get back to customers or get them their order!?
