Shocking service

I ordered a mini stepper fitness machine online from Pc Link Computers. It was shown on their website as being in stock. Having made the order and paid, I received an email informing me that "this is a import order from abroad and may be subject to delays. If the order has not been fulfilled within 20 working days..." etc. I contacted the company asking to cancel the order, and was informed that this would incur a hefty penalty fee. I then decided not to cancel. After 20 days, still no delivery or any kind of update. I contacted the company again, and was told it would only be shipped at the end of September. So the info provided on the website (which showed the product as being "in stock") was completely false. Had I known I'd have to wait 3 months, I would definitely have made another plan!
