Shocking service.
Shocking service. Ordered a Wi Sport in May and only received the unit in August. No feedback was provided as to the delay. When I contacted them, I was told that Customs was the problem as the unit was being imported. Unit finally arrived and does not appear to be compatible with our power supply here in South Africa so the unit is not working. Unit was collected without any notification that it was going to be collected. A few days after collection of the unit, there has still been no contact from PC Link. No refund either. Why are products being sold to South Africans if they will not work here and no support whatsoever is being given to the consumer. Asked for refund on more than one occasion and nobody responds. Will I get my money back?

We have investigated your claim and have come to the conclusion that your order was meant to be cancelled and a refund be instituted.
The person that you contacted for cancellation however was let go and the cancellation was not brought to our attention.

You stated that you no longer wanted the product and therefore you should have rejected delivery.

07 Aug 2019, 09:31 You also stated in email to us that the product was faulty and was not working, you never mentioned that you plugged the unit in which in turn blew the power supply of the product. Regarding your statement about us selling products that don't work in South Africa please view the below from our T&C's

We supply free US to SA plug adapters. We do not supply transformers from 220V to 110V.
This needs to be purchased separately.

We have tested this and we have found that the product was blown due to user fault and the power supply needs to be replaced.
