Shocking Company
Please be careful with this company , we order a intercom on the 6Th March 2019 15-20 day delivery up to now nothing yet they keep saying next week , but next week never comes. I gave them a call yesterday as enough enough i waited on the line for 50 min no wonder they say the call free, i asked to speak to the manger o his out asked for my money back not a problem , today they want to charge me 20% for cancelling my order as handling fee , manager not there again . When i said i was going to hello peter they said go they clearly don't care . It is disgusting to handle clients like this .

We were having issues with our phones and internet at the time, however this has since been resolved.
Please take note that when it says "Availability: In Stock Delivery is Estimated 10-20 Working Days" that this means the product is not stocked or found in South Africa, then it is a specialized item and needs to be imported from our overseas suppliers.
The 10-20 working days is just an estimation and is not a guarantee on delivery as stated in our terms and conditions.
Problems sometimes arise during the importation of goods such as suppliers delaying orders, customs detaining shipments, acts of God, SARS inspections, customs inspections, Port Health inspections or flight delays.
Regarding the 20% handling Fee, this is to compensate for the fees involved in importing the product and is purely to compensate for the loss of funds.
We do apologize for how you were treated by the manager, we have since let the person in question go.
