Service review

I ordered a fairly priced Soundbar with PC Link and the price has to be the cheapest in the country ,so I was a bit skeptical with their authenticity but paid for the order anyways . Unfortunately it was a holiday when I paid for the order and had to be processed the following business day which I didn't quite register myself.After the three days I still had not received the order to which I then sent an email and Garth Botha rep**** and said he will follow up on the order . The next business day was a Monday and now when I could track the progression,it was now saying Order dispatched and on Wednesday morning I received my order which was exactly what I ordered and brand new in the box.

Although my order was late with three days ,I'm pretty happy with PC Link Computers services especially Garth but I feel that you guys can improve on communication,have a landline number to take in calls with customers at least.
